Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (Sweden): SEK 49 (Free shipping on orders over SEK 2000). Delivered within 2–4 business days via PostNord Home Small (delivered directly to your mailbox or door).

Nordics & EU: SEK 99. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Rest of the World: SEK 149. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[Lostbrand] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This specifically applies to orders shipped outside of the European Union (e.g., USA, Norway, UK).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from the service point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 150 to cover shipping and administrative costs.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

The item must be returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
